PROPERTY FINDING

The Property Search will cost you NOTHING if you decide to use the catalogues of my partnering Estate agents in France (more than 350 properties !) as they will pay me a commission, the french legal procedure, out of there agency fees.

I can however extend the property search out of my partner's catalogue, fees then being the following :
Gers and Landes : 300 £
Hautes Pyrenees and Pyrenees Atlantiques : 400 £

Whichever option you decide to take, I will ask you to put a deposit on my account for which you will have a receipt.
If your chosen property is from our catalogues, I'll refund the deposit when the Acte de Vente is signed



RELOCATION SUPPORT

Hourly rate is 37 Euros/hour

I am fully flexible and will always find the best option with you, if necessary putting a personnalised package in place based on your needs from month 0 to month 6, or more...

Relocation typically covers complete covergae of your legal and administartion procedures for :
health insurance, top ups, car reg, telephone, broadband, elctricity, water, gaz, local procedures, main shopping adresses, DIY places, etc, etc.
